I'm not getting worked up, but it's something people should be aware of when they use a service.
This includes gmail, docs and translate, which may bother some people. People can put stuff into a translate window without being aware that its later used by google freely. For example, if one puts large pieces of text with identifying information, one has no control over where they show up later. The translation engine learns from the text you insert. They can certainly mine data from mail and docs just as much as from one's searches or location (depending on services one uses), for advertising or whatever.
All I'm saying is one needs to be aware of what one gives services. You keep TOS and are aware of them. Most users are not.
