I really don't have a perfect match, but some. Dilana Smith, one of those ASH-Glover-Rickman perhaps dudes, I'm trying to think about some cool British guy, but i don't know a lot of them. Also... Penelope Cruise and Catherine Zeta-Jones don't have the right vibe, but sorta...
Dilana Smith is a singer.She's sort of both very down to earth, gets things done, direct, practical, but also this amazing performer, pure rock and cool. And gender... she sort of disregards her gender, kicks it around. If she wears a dress, it's probably because she liked the fabric of color. Not what it says about her.

ASH-Glover someone cause you can be tough, strong, irritating, knowledgeable and strategic, caring, sweet, sometimes vulnerable, generally formidable. Penelope Cruise and Catherine Zeta-Jones don't have the right vibe, but Penelope Cruise is pretty in a way that has things in common with the way you are pretty, and Catherine Zeta-Jones seems together and clear, like she uses her mind. But again, not exactly the right.
How about Gina Torres? She's confident, strong, and she really should have been a big action star, but there's still something vulnerable and honest about her.

2. Emma Thompson. Not the first thing that comes to mind when thinking of her career, but she can do it justice, I believe.

I think though that ASH and Robert Carlyle or Steven Mackintosh, or Emma with Tilda Swanson would make for awesome screen dynamics!
